Parent Involvement
Widely touted as the single most important factor in determining a child's academic success, parent involvement yet remains one of the most difficult things to achieve. The key is open, two-way communication between stakeholders. Informed parents become engaged parents.
Attendance
By automating attendance calls, can help lower truancy rates, increase attendance, help identify students at risk of dropping out, and dramatically reduce the staff, teacher, and parent overhead that is caused by each student absence.
Food Service
Reducing negative food service balances saves precious district funds. Increasing the proportion of prepaid lunch accounts speeds up lunch lines. Sending automated reminders for parents to submit their free and reduced applications (to qualify for federally funded lunch programs) on time can be a significant savings of staff time and district resources.
Emergency Notification
In an emergency, it's critical to have the appropriate tools and be adequately prepared. Information must be accurate and delivered quickly. When emergency situations are handled well, it reassures parents and creates a safe environment.
