Solutions Management was formed in the latter part of 2007 to ensure our continued Superior Customer Service approach to the planning, implementation and support of Voice, Video and Data Solutions.
Solutions Management is responsible for the planning, organization and communication of projects with our customers. Each project is assigned a project manager who is responsible for project implementation success and is the single ITS point of contact for the customer. The Project Manager is focused to ensure superior customer service through consistent and frequent customer interaction as well as the oversight and resolution of issues being experienced by our customers. The goal of the Project Management Team is to ensure we exceed the expectations of our customers for every project.
Solutions Management is also responsible for the purchasing, documentation and staging of products and services in support of customer projects and purchases. The Logistics Team is focused to ensure superior customer service through consistent customer interaction on all purchases made by our customers. The Logistics Team will communicate with the customer to provide order status, to confirm the products are delivered and that all services and support are registered for those products.
